About me

I am Marnix Troudes a business student from the Netherlands. I have lived in Malaysia for my internship, returning home from my travels soon.

I started this blog because I believe food, exercise and state of mind can change everyone in a positive way. 3 years ago I made the transition to eating healthy myself and haven't looked back. I did lots of research on Health, Spirituality and Fitness. Now I would like to share this information through this blog.

I am striving to keep posting on topics which I am busy with or interest me. These topics range from Healthy food, to exercise and meditation.

My goal is to highlight the benefits from eating certain foods or doing certain exercises (mind & body). I think people should be more aware of what they eat and what good food will do for you, because it can create the healthy life you desire.
